Enjoy a Paella Mariscos (seafood) to share, only available until 30 minutes before kitchen closing to allow for 25 minutes of cooking time, and 5 minutes for all flavours to fully blend; or a Platos Grande of Atun Raro, Bermuda yellowfin tuna with achiote glaze, char grilled, mojito butter, and goat cheese plantain croquette. Our Executive Chef - Derek Myers, considers Latin influenced foods one of his greatest passions, and has taught cooking in Mexico City. As you enter the dining room, try not to linger too long in front of our 16 foot, custom made refrigerated wine display featuring fine wines both from the old and new worlds, including Spain, Portugal, Chile and Argentina.
